Christopher Esber offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your receipt to track the progress of your return to our studio.
